In terms of food this is your standard fare. Nothing fancy, you know it's all frozen but it's quick and that's why you're here. The atmosphere is unlike any Rams horn I've been too. Decorated fancy and colorful. It's also clean. Some reviews said it wasn't clean I've been here a few times and I've never seen it dirty. My complaint is the service. Let's not surface coat this is a place owned by an Arab guy. And if you aren't of Arab decent you will be treated differently. Have noticed it every time I've been here. The employees will not serve you first whether you were or not. It's quite obvious what's going on. It is what it is, I'll keep going here if I really want Rams Horn as it is cleaner than most.

I love the Horn because you can't get better hash browns anywhere else (in my opinion). This is my third time coming since the remodel. First two times, my manfriend and I were the only ones in there since it was an in between time (about 5-5:30am) and of course we had excellent service. I wish I could remember her name... Anyway, this time it was packed since it was after-bar time in a Saturday night. Waitress was very personable and attentive (Ashley) and my coffee was never empty. I REALLY like when my drink is refilled without having to ask. As small a thing that might be, it determines yo' tip!! I can brew my own entire pot of coffee for less than you charge me, and if I order a beverage, I could get a two-litre for the price of a glass filled half with ice and soda! Nailed it. Of course I'll come back. :-)

Worst service EVER our chicken was stale also the hostes kept rolling her eyes at us because we had canceled a order and we were STILL forced to PAY for something we never even ate or wanted. Also on top of that it was literally frozen. Anyways my point is go spend your money where it's actually worth it and if you want good service.

Very surprised with the reviews I read on here! I always get the best service whenever I go and my food is always up to my standards. I could eat their mozzarella sticks all day everyday..and the items on their breakfast menu are always made fresh. Not to mention the cleanliness of the place..well done!

Awesome food @ CLUB RAM"S HORN. That is what it turns into after 2AM. It's kind of like The MAX in Saved by the Bell except everyone is wasted. You can order awesome soups and sandwiches and troll around going table to table talking to kids you went to grade school with that you never liked.

I am definitely a Rams Horn enthusiast. Where else can you go get coffee after a pub crawl with your friends at four a.m.? For me it's usually one of the many Rams Horn in the Detroit metro area. This particular Rams Horn however is well, meh. This place used to be a time capsule for seventies decor with faux wood paneling and the classic taxidermy Rams head on the wall, duct taped seats and older Bea-Arthur-esque waitresses who didn't care how long you sat and drank coffee because they were smoking at the counter. I loved ye-olde Rams Horn. Well about a year or so ago they tore down most of the building and rebuilt on the same spot. The Neo-Rams Horn that is here now is very chic, impressively decorated and houses the same menu and prices as every other Rams Horn. The bathrooms and main seating area are always clean and tidy. I should be ecstatic right? Ah no. Eating here is like playing roulette, sometimes the food and service are good, other times after you eat (if you can stomach it) you leave unsatisfied, pissed at the staff and with an upset stomach vowing to never eat here again. Sadly I actually have some info on the place and from what I hear, the new owner operator of this place is a ball buster who doesn't tolerate any bullshit and if you make him mad you will be fired. So theoretically, this place should be running like a well oiled machine... Things were already NOT OKAY right after we were seated. The waitress didn't look like she was legally old enough to work and had an annoyed attitude about serving us the moment we sat down. Something was off about the fountain drinks and it took four of us tasting the cola's put in front of us trying to figure out which one was the diet and which one was the regular. Even after finally figuring out which one was which, it still tasted off. Not bad, just off. My friend ordered a grilled cheese and fries. There are not many ways you can mess that up, but it was messed up. She took two small bites and immediately asked us to all taste a piece. The cheese tasted weird and the bread tasted like it had been grilled in popcorn oil. It was probably the greasiest, nastiest grilled cheese I've ever tasted. My boyfriend ordered a turkey dinner. The mashed potatoes also tasted like popcorn oil and the whole meal was unnecessarily greasy. I ordered the Reuben sandwich. I'm not sure how things go in other parts of the world, but last I checked it's not complicated to make a Reuben sandwich or fries. It's corned beef, sauerkraut and Russian a.k.a. thousand island dressing. My sandwich was again greasy and it tasted weird. The fries were crispy on the outside and gross on the inside. After finally giving up on the sandwich I asked my boyfriend (former cook for Rams horn BTW) to taste it and he took one bite and tossed it down. He pulled the bread apart and discovered that the meat and bread were slathered in mayonnaise. No wonder it tasted like ass. The waitress after taking our initial drink orders and bringing the food five feet from the window to our table never came back. She was in-fact on her cell phone on the floor of the restaurant chatting giggling and texting instead. We made a few attempts to get her attention for our shitty soda refills and she would make eye-contact and then go back to ignoring us and paying attention to her phone. The only one who even gave us a second glance was the female manager who once she came out of the office, cell phones were put away and the staff pretended to work. It was the manager who refilled our drinks and asked us if we needed anything else. Our waitress only came back to the table after the manager came out and asked us if we wanted refills even though they were clearly just put down by the manager. We left, some of us feeling sick, but mostly pissed off. I will NEVER go here again. There is another Rams Horn close to our house on Middlebelt near the Token Lounge and it's ten times better than this place.

I felt Like I wasn't even at a Ram's Horn..So clean, so well designed, this restaurant is very nice from the ceiling to the walls.. The food was what you would expect from a Ram's Horn but with cleanliness... I was impressed.. next time I'm in the area and craving an omelet, I know where to go..

The decor of this newly renovated building is beautiful. The menu is loaded with all different kinds of food. I went there about 5 days after Chemo. BF was over and he was a little hungry so I thought that the RH would be a good selection of a restaurant for him and me. Parked right outside the door (thanks to my newly found handicap tag). The person sat us next to a window (drafty during the winter) brrrrrrr. So, me & BF switched seats (he sat closer to the window). Waitress came and I ordered soup (lentil) and a grilled cheese sandwich with ham, BF ordered fish and chips. How can you go wrong with this order? Soup came, I like crackers and told the waitress if she could bring some crackers. She said something like oh usually I don't bring with lentil b/c people just don't like crackers with that kind of soup. I said nothing and just looked at her! She brought them after my prodding. Soup was very salty and BF salad looked more appetizing than my soup, oh well, my wrong choice! Main entrees arrived! Yeah, oh my look at all that grease on my sandwich, drenching! Grilled cheese so greasy, never!!!!! How can anyone ruin a grilled cheese sandwich - shame on them! Needless to say, I had one bite and that is all that I could get down without gagging. BF fish and chips - RH has previously always had great fish and chips. Not to be! The short order cook or whomever was back in the kitchen loved grease!!! But, BF has a very strong stomach and ate his fish and most of his chips - it's always nice to have a BF like that b/c whatever I cook even if it is horrible, he will eat! Give it to Mikey - he'll eat it!!!!! Asked the server for a bill and box - BF has dogs who will probably eat this horrible, greasy grilled cheese and ham sandwich!!!! Went up to pay and finally someone asked how was the food? I told them very greasy and to let the cook know. She somewhat said she would and took the money. Would I go back again, probably, but I will have the cottage cheese and fruit plate - how can they mess up that?

If it's past 10pm and my friends and I feel like grabbing a bite, we usually come to this restaurant. I've been to another Ram's Horn, not too far away, and I hated it. I didn't want to try it again until my best friend took me to this location. The environment is completely different, much better. Beautiful interior and exterior, as well as great lighting. As for the food, our orders are always right, well made, and hot. The subs, wraps, and sandwiches are delicious. As are the breakfast items. The mozzarella sticks and onion rings are pretty good too. And don't get me started on the the desserts. Oh my gosh they are so good! I don't quite remember all the names but the items on the left side of the dessert menu are amazing. Some definitely need to be shared because the serving sizes are easily made for 2 or 3.

The restaurant was very clean, and the servers were very polite. The food tasted ok. In my opinion the food was no different than ihop or denny's. My wife had the blueberry pancakes which she really loved because the pancakes had fresh blueberries in the pancake.

Beware! Was forced to tip 40% on an $8 bill. Had to constantly flag down the waiter and meals were brought out at different times. Was banned for contesting the forced gratuity. Will be contacting Rams Horn HQ to file a complaint so no one else is forced to tip that much when the service didn't warrant more than a penny...

My family and I would come here very often before and after the remodel. The last few months we have actually walked out of the place since the wait staff are never enough. We actually waited 20 minutes before someone even came up to our table after we were seated. Another time we were waiting 10 mins and left. We decided to try it one more time and again we waited 10 mins not one person came by our table, mind you there were only about 5 tables of customers each time we went. Never going back there!

The inside is beautiful. Nicest one I've seen yet. Unfortunately, the place was filthy! They were not busy while my boyfriend and I were in. As we were seated we had to step around crumbs, cheese, utensils, you name it! We asked the waitress if it would be cleaned. She explained they sweep everything out from under the tables. We told her we understood that, but again questioned why it hadn't been removed from the floor after they had swept it out from under there. We didn't get a response. Finally, after 20 minutes, someone came and picked it up, but just what was near our table. The WHOLE floor looked like this. Then another employee began to mom under the tables around us, shaking out the mop on the carpet, creating more of a mess. A family came in with two little ones, and the little ones began throwing food on the floor, exclaiming "this is a cool restaurant!" The parents had to explain to them that it is not appropriate! Can't blame the little ones, they were understandably confused. When we left we spoke to the manager. We asked if they were short staffed. He told us no. When we questioned why it wasn't cleaned, he told us that is just how they do things. GROSS! The waitress was wonderful though. And the food wasn't bad. The atmosphere is what killed it for us.

This place is "ehh ok." After breaking fast for Ramadan, my cousins and friends needed coffee, and we decided for dessert as well. I got the Belgian waffle, was very delicious but they may have put three jars of Marciano cherries on the damn waffle. The cakes that my girls ordered must have been there for over a week. Tasted like chalk and got stuck in the fork.

INCREDIBLE! I walked in and had to double-check to make sure I was in the right restaurant. The impeccable decor was out of the norm for a Rams Horn. The moment you walk in, you see a beautiful chandelier accompanied by a blue sky mosaic on the ceiling. After entering into the main part of the restaurant, I was greeted by a very kind hostess (and host the first time I visited). The room was filled with lavish blues and whites and golds with, yet again, an even more beautiful chandelier. The dividers almost looked like blue-shimmering icebergs and the floors were even impressive: clean and well matched to the room. The food was outstanding. I was so impressed with the perfect seasonings and cook time. Even the salad was tasty (mostly because it was paired with an awesome homemade Ranch). However, the vegetable that comes with the meal is only a 1/2 cup of the frozen mixed veggies with about 2 TBSP of water on the bottom of the bowl. The wait-staff is also very pleasant. The first time I visited this establishment, I had a waiter with (if I remember correctly) a go-tee and was about 26 or 27yrs old..and not too bad on the eyes. He was incredibly professional and accommodating. The second time I visited though, the waitress was a little inappropriate. She cussed when she explained why her manager said they did not want to open a new bag of lettuce, and told me the "bitch" next to my table was being to rude to her like we were old friends or something. Now keep in mind, my 3-year-old daughter was sitting right next to me listening to all the complaints and cussing. I felt really uncomfortable and a little hesitant on returning, but with everything else, I think I will still become a regular (just might request a section other than her own). The one waitress and veggies is the only reason why I can not give you 5-stars. Kudos Rams Horn on Ford Rd!
